Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University has been established by the Uttarakhand State Government for the advancement and development of technical education and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

All persons acting on behalf of the University, both within and outside its premises, shall adhere to the following Code of Conduct, which act as guidelines for professional conduct. This is applicable to all officers, teachers, staff, students and other individuals engaged in University affairs using its resources/facilities and representatives of the University. This does not prescribe specific actions but indicates the University’s expectations regarding proper conduct and professional values.

• Demonstrating trustworthiness through reliable and dependable manners.
• Cordial, impartial and equal treatment of all in all matters.
• Treat others with civility and decency.
• Exhibit a sense of custodial responsibility for University property, resources, processes and activities.
• Refrain from involvement in actions not compatible with University obligations.
• Ensure full compliance with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the University.
• Ensure compliance with State/Central Government laws as applicable.
• Maintain full confidentiality in all transactions to protect the integrity and security of the University.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality in behaviour.
• Make tangible and intangible contributions for the betterment of the University.
